Once the 3D model is complete, we prioritize your convenience for an initial viewing, allowing for timely revisions if needed. After your complete satisfaction, we schedule a presentation at your home, where you'll sign the Design Agreement and provide a retainer, instilling confidence in the upcoming remodel.
3.) Selection and Agreement Phase:
Excitement builds as you select materials with our designer, envisioning the soon-to-be-remodeled space. We then solidify our commitment with the construction agreement, outlining timelines, payment schedules, final drawings, specifications, and the ultimate project budget.
4.) The Build Phase:
The transformation begins as we bring your dream remodel to life! Throughout the process, you receive weekly updates on progress and timelines. Our supervisory team conducts regular audits, ensuring quality. Your input is valued through weekly quality assurance questions, guaranteeing that the project aligns perfectly with your desires. Our goal is not just to build, but to create a space that exceeds your expectations.
